Spacious and clean rooms with mesmerising views.Super helpful and attentive staff.Owner always at hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great views all around, no need to step out of the resort. Since we were there for New Year’s Eve, enjoyed great music, bonfire and live barbecue. Highly recommended this resort

I was absolutely captivated by the breathtaking views surrounding the hotel. Each morning, I woke up to a picturesque panorama that left me in awe. The hotel itself offered a remarkably comfortable stay, with luxurious amenities and cozy rooms that made me feel right at home. From the moment I arrived, the staff's hospitality and attention to detail ensured a truly memorable experience. The food was delicious and Breakfast had a good spread. I can't wait to return and indulge in those stunning views once again while enjoying the utmost comfort

There are resorts, inns and hotels. And then there is the Canyon! Located at, probably, the most beautiful spot in Panchgani this little resort is a gem. It has got breathtaking views and the setting transports you away from reality into some kind of magical space. Owned and curated by an army veteran this place certainly has the vibe of an establishment well cared for. That is one USP that is not very common. With that said the good food and almost individual attention seals the deal totally. Definitely THE PLACE to visit for a surreal experience.

The place is amazing, breakfast was amazing, we had barbecue the first day which was also very good. The chinese dishes are especially very good. One of the best location we have stayed at....the view from the room was so magnificent that we sat the whole day just watching it....it changed every one hour once it's foggy then Rainy then it's sunny. Every one in the staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and sufficient for a family. Will visit again for sure.

It was pleasure to be in The Canyon with family. The hospitality was nice and we indeed loved our stay. The resort is beautifully situated atop a hill and view of the mighty river is awesome. Food is really really nice and extravagant even in terms of quantity they serve. Many congratulations to the owner and staff for maintaining such a good resort. Best Luck to The Canyon.. The "Canyon Hotel" is located in Panchgani is a beautiful hotel with great scenic beauty that over looks the Sayadhari Ranges and the lakes below in the valley..The Sun Set is just stunning and its effect will remain for ever.. The hotel is clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.The dinner was exotic with sizzlers and fish/ chicken barbeques were grilled to perfection. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Looking forward to visiting again for sure. Col Shashikant has added the professional army touch which is grandiose...

It was quite a nice experience staying at the Canyon. The service is absolutely textbook perfect in all respects: courtesy, attentiveness without being obtrusive and with a personal touch. The breakfast spread and the barbecue leaves you wanting more. All in all a good experience. Keep up the great work guys!

It's a beautiful n cosy property. Artistically designed with an army touch, owner being a retired Engineer officer. Everything is immaculately planned n executed. The location is just awesome with amazing views. The staff is very warm n cordial and food is just yum. A must stay place. Looking forward to return soon. With ❤️
